Ignazio Gardella 'Coppa Aperta Applique' Wall Lamp for Tato Italia
Ignazio Gardella was one of the leading figures in Italian twentieth-century architecture. A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano, he founded Azucena with Luigi Caccia Dominioni and Corrado Corradi Dell’Acqua in 1947. A renowned architect, he continued producing iconic furniture and lighting designs until the 1990s.
Originally designed by Gardella in the 1950s for Azucena, this authorized Tato Italia re-edition is executed in choice of glossy black or silver-finished metal with brass, chrome, or satin nickel hardware and a textured pressed glass diffuser.
