Skagerak was founded in 1976 by Jesper and Vibeke Panduro, who took inspiration from their love of Scandinavian design and its rich tradition. Launched in 1982, the Drachmann bench was inspired by the Danish poet and painter Holger Drachmann, the design strikes a timeless balance between Nordic nostalgia and modern simplicity. Beautiful on its own and convenient as a comfortable seat at the table. Durable in all kinds of weather, the bench ages with grace, taking on a silver-grey patina. Available in 3 sizes, as well as in a chair, and executed in FSC-certified teak to the exacting standards of Skagerak.
