Verner Panton
'Panton' Chair by Verner Panton for Vitra.
Conceived by Verner Panton in 1959, the Panton chair was developed for mass production in collaboration with Vitra (1967). Today, the all-plastic chair is an icon of twentieth-century design. It has received numerous international design awards and is on display in prominent museums worldwide. The wide range of colors and solid plastic construction make the Panton work in a variety of interiors and exteriors.
