Solid in construction, simple in form, and sculptural in expression, the Daumiller Armchair reflects designer Rainer Daumiller’s lifelong affinity for natural materials and shapes.

Executed in sustainable solid pine with an ergonomic seat and backrest, this authorized re-edition from GUBI adheres to Daumiller's original 1977 design. 

Price per item. Available in unlimited quantities in choice of Golden Pine and – a new color for 2024 – Brown/Black Pine. While the Golden Pine edition has a farmhouse rusticity to it, the addition of a brown/black finish creates an urbane aesthetic without losing the honest materiality of the original. The chair’s characteristic materiality is retained, as the texture of the wood grain remains visible through the lacquer, ensuring the pine’s rich natural texture is still present in the chair and the whorls and knots that give the wood its character are not lost in the darkness of the finish.
