1950s Italian White Perforated Sconce Attributed to Gino Sarfatti.
Executed white painted perforated metal and polished brass. Pivots up or down and left or right on a ball joint. The sculptural lines and simplicity of the design is highly indicative of the midcentury Italian lighting master's influential and iconic touch.

Professionally repainted and rewired for US electrical with custom period styled brass backplate for mounting over standard US junction boxes. Accommodates a single US candelabra base 60w maximum bulb (lower with incandescent). On/off switch in backplate. Some minor scuffs, dings, and patination as largely documented in the photos and noted only for accuracy. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing.
