1960s Stilux Milano red perforated articulating sconce. Executed in brass and original red painted aluminum. This highly adjustable wall lamp pivots up/down and left/right on a double ball joint. Wired for US electrical with custom period style brass backplate. Retains original 'Stilux Milano' manufacturer's label.
Stilux was one of the most innovative lighting design companies in Italy during the midcentury era. Their designs have been long sought after by discerning collectors.
Accommodates a single 60w equivalent US candelabra bulb (lower with incandescent). Some age appropriate, scuffs, dings, bends, losses, patina and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy.
