Arne Jacobsen 'AJ Garden' bollard in black for Louis Poulsen
Originally designed in 1960 by Arne Jacobsen for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen, the AJ family of lamps contributed to the total design concept of the hotel. Several of the hotel's furnishings, including the AJ lights, have achieved iconic design status.
The 'AJ Garden' bollards are the newest addition to the AJ family of lamps which includes Jacobsen's iconic design in floor, table and wall lamp variations. Executed in a stainless steel stem with powder-coated black paint, the fixed head is cast aluminum with a white-painted interior to ensure a soft and pleasant reflection of light through the injection-molded opal polycarbonate diffuser. The resulting output is a downward directed glare-free illumination.
Available to order in unlimited quantities. Available in short or tall version with the following mountings: spike, base plate, and anchor. Illuminated via integrated LED providing 2700K color. This bollard is IP65 rated. Power supply sold separately.
