Founded in 1946 in Milan, Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting companies in Italy during the Midcentury era, producing iconic pieces by such luminaries as Joe Colombo, Angelo Mangiarotti, Ettore Sottsass, Gaetano Scolari, Piero Castiglioni, Bruno Gatta and others. Stilnovo was relaunched in 2019 with a commitment to faithfully re-edition its legendary designs with uncompromising attention to detail, materials and craftsmanship.
 
The 'Megafono' wall lamp, originally designed in 1958, has long been recognized as an iconic and timeless design. Its revolutionary double-cone shade provides both direct and indirect light, making it a versatile piece for a variety of applications. Shade pivots on a ball joint and features the iconic Stilnovo label. This authorized re-edition is meticulously crafted to Stilnovo's exacting standards and is executed in electroplated steel with polished brass hardware.
 
Price is per item. Available to order in unlimited quantities in choice of glossy ivory or black, both with brass accents. Available in a single shade or double-shade variant. The 'Megafono' series also includes a chandelier and a table lamp variant.
 
Accommodates a two or four max 6W standard candelabra base (E12) LED bulbs only (not included). Recommended Tala bulbs available for purchase here. UL listed.
