Developed byJean Prouvé in 1930 for university dorms, the Cité is a typical example of the distinctive structural aesthetic of his designs. Executed in powder-coated steel with leather accents and a deep seat designed for lounging. This authorized re-edition from Vitra follows the original drawings and production stylings. Prouvé himself used this armchair in the living room of his own home. With its generous dimensions and inviting profile, the Cité suits a wide range of interiors, and works well with all pieces within the Prouvé collection.
 
Price is per item. Please select from either a standard frame color (Japanese Red, Deep Black, Ecru) or premium color (Bleu Marcoule, Bleu Dynastie, Gris Vermeer, Blé Vert). Available in two fabric groups and two leather groups. Please specify fabric selection when ordering.
