Designed in 1949 for the University of Paris, the Guéridon is recognized today as a masterpiece by the French designer and engineer Jean Prouvé. Executed in solid natural oak, smoked oak or American walnut. Tubular steel struts that are a hallmark of Prouvé's furniture designs are powder-coated smooth deep black. This authorized re-edition by Vitra is available in two sizes and three wood options to suit a wide range of interiors.
