Poul Henningsen PH 5 Pendant Lamp in Pastels for Louis Poulsen.
These refined pastel pendants are a new color varient introduced in 2022 as part of the 'PH 5' line. Henningsen designed hundreds of lamps based on the three-shade system he developed in 1926, pioneering unequalled lighting quality for all types of needs. The 'PH 5' was developed in 1958 as a follow-up to the celebrated three-shade system.
Executed in spun aluminum, the shades are meticulously crafted at Louis Poulsen's factory in Vejen, Denmark. Expertly finished with matte surface powder coat. A frosted-glass bottom diffuser is included to ensure a diffuse light distribution.
Although the design is over 80 years old, it is both modern and classic at the same time, making it ideally suited to a broad range of interior design environments as a functional and unpretentious piece.
