Verner Panton 'Moon' pendant lamp in metal for Verpan
 
Verner Panton was one of Denmark's most legendary modern furniture and interior designers. His innovative experimentation with new materials, bold shapes and vibrant colors shines through in his most iconic pieces, faithfully and sustainably re-editioned by Verpan since 2003.
 
First designed in 1960, the 'Moon' pendant represents one of Panton's earliest lighting designs. The iconic pendant is characterized by its fan-like design with ten ring-shaped lamellae perfectly positioned to provide a soft, ambient and glare-free light. The blades reflect and filters the light and the pendant changes its appearance depending on the angle at which it is viewed. The 'Moon' is executed in white lacquered metal to the exacting standards of Verpan using the finest materials available.

Accommodates 4x US standard medium base E26 bulbs, max 60Watt Equivalent each (bulbs not included). Recommended Tala bulbs available separately here.  All variations are suspended from a lacquered metal canopy by a white fabric cord with a maximum drop of 98.4". This lamp is UL listed.
 
SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED: Item ships direct from Verpan in Denmark. In order to facilitate the most accurate shipping cost, the buyer will be invoiced separately for the actual international shipping cost once the ordered item(s) have been fabricated and are ready for transport. Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, fees and import taxes as well as the removal and disposal of any packing materials.
