The 'Panthella 160' lamp was designed in 1971 by Danish designer Verner Panton and remains one of his most iconic designs. Panton is known for his larger-than-life personality and sought to create an organic shaped lamp that provides glare-free light, with both the stand and shade serving as light reflectors. 
 
Executed in a durable injection molded polymer that casts a delicate glow, the 'Panthella 160' is a unique battery-powered table lamp lights up any space without glare. The reflection of its internal LED light source through the shade provides a subtle ambiance. Now in its third version with new colors and a robust rechargeable via USB-C battery, this scaled-down version of the original Panthella table lamp can be used indoors and out.
