1950s Stilnovo Black Perforated Conical Sconce
Executed in a black painted perforated metal shade with brass arm and backplate. The shade rotates freely left/right and up/down on a ball joint. A sculptural and refined design characteristic of midcentury Italian design at its highest level. Unmarked. Note that each shade's dimensions vary.

Professionally rewired for US electrical with new period style 3.5 inch backplate added for mounting over a standard American j-box. Accommodates 1x 60W max equivalent LED US candelabra (e12) bulb. LED only. Bulbs available for purchase separately here. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Wear consistent with age and use. Note that each sconce is a different size. Each piece can work independently; the lights also present well as a trio.
