Executed in perspex and teak wood with a wood handle detail that also allows this cylindrical lamp to be wall-mounted on a hook if desired. This table lamp is a beautiful example mid-century Swedish lighting design that pays homage to Scandinavian folk art with 1950s style. Established in 1950 in Sweden, Luxus created functional and stylish lighting throughout the 20th century, often using teak, glass, and perspex.
One lamp available.
Professionally rewired for U.S. electrical. Accommodates a single candelabra base e12 max 40w equivalent LED bulb. (LED only.) Recommended Tala bulb available for purchase here. Includes 8 feet of new period-style white PVC cord and plug. Original on/off switch on cord. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
