Founded in 1946 in Milan, Stilnovo was one of the most innovative lighting companies in Italy during the Midcentury era, producing iconic pieces by such luminaries as Joe Colombo, Angelo Mangiarotti, Ettore Sottsass, Gaetano Scolari, Piero Castiglioni, Bruno Gatta and others. Stilnovo was relaunched in 2019 with a commitment to faithfully re-edition its legendary designs with uncompromising attention to detail, materials and craftsmanship

The 'Lampiatta' series, originally designed in 1971 by Jonathan De Pas, Donato D’Urbino, and Paolo Lomazzi, is a cheerful 70s take on industrial lighting. Executed in glossy red, white, or black paint with a white-painted interior shade, this authorized re-edition is meticulously executed to Stilnovo's exacting standards. Ideal for residential or commercial applications. The shade can be slotted into a range of four positions on the lamp base. The base itself can be set on a table or mounted to the wall.
