Large 1960s Sergio Mazza Glass and Metal Ceiling or Wall Lamp for Artemide
A minimalist Italian design executed in chrome, white painted metal and pressed (holpohane) glass. When lit, the shade diffuses a warm, soft glow.
Born in Italy in 1931, Sergio Mazza created numerous iconic designs for Artemide throughout the 1960s, from a range of lighting to fiberglass molded seating and other home furnishings which due to their limited production runs have become highly collectible with their clean lines and intuitive utility.

Professionally rewired for US electrical. Accommodates 3x standard medium base 60w equivalent LED bulbs (lower with incandescent), not included. Recommended Tala bulbs available separately here. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Wear consistent with age and use with scuffs, scratches, dings, losses and of patina noted only for accuracy. Please note small inclusion on side of glass. Additional images upon request.
