GUBI produces Louis Weisdorf’s 'Turbo' Pendant in two sizes with an alabaster white glossy shade. A perennial favorite of both modern homes and public spaces, the 'Turbo' is the perfect example of Weisdorf’s affinity for geometric forms that characterizes much of his work. 

Executed in twelve spiraling layers, the flower-like orb of the 'Turbo' shade was inspired by traditional Japanese rice paper lamps, giving the pendant an airy lightness. The pendant has a glossy finish on the outer edge of the shade with a matte finish on the inside to create nuanced contrasts of light and texture.
