Poul Henningsen 'PH 3½-2½' Floor Lamp for Louis Poulsen.
Poul Henningsen designed the original three-shade system in 1926-27, using a scientific approach to create glare-free light, soft shadows, and illumination where most needed. The 'PH 3 ½-2 ½' floor lamp is a modern yet classic addition with an extremely high level of detail.
The 'PH 3 ½-2 ½' is executed in metallized brass, metallized black or high luster chrome-plated spun brass. The shades are mouth blown three-layer white opal glass, which is glossy on top and sandblasted matte underneath to provide soft, glare-free, and uniform light distribution.
