The 'VL Ring Crown' family derives from a lamp designed by architect Vilhelm Lauritzen for the Danish Broadcasting House in Copenhagen in the 1940s. Reintroduced in 2019, this is a highly refined and iconic design by one of the Danish Modern giants of the midcentury era.

The 'VL Ring Crown' Floor lamp, introduced in fall 2025, is executed in untreated brass with a single mouth blown three-layered polished opal glass shade. The untreated brass structure will develop a beautiful patina over time. The pendant emits a soft downward light while the opal glass provides comfortable and uniform illumination.
