Prop Rental Terms and Conditions
Rental Fees
The rental fee is 20% of the listed purchase price for a rental period of seven (7) days. Full payment of the rental invoice is required prior to picking up any items. Payments can be made via credit card or ACH bank transfer (instructions will be provided with the invoice).
Insurance Requirements
A valid Certificate of Insurance is required, naming Two Enlighten Los Angeles LLC as an Additional Insured and Loss Payee for the full listed value of all rented items. The insurance coverage must remain in effect for at least two (2) weeks beyond the rental period.
Appointment Scheduling
Our facility is open by appointment only. You must schedule a specific date and time for both pick-up and return of your rental items.
Return Conditions
All rentals must be returned in the original packaging provided. Items that are "new in box" must include all original hardware and packaging materials upon return.
Condition of Items & Documentation
Upon pick-up, it is your responsibility to inspect and document the condition of the rental items. If you do not take photographs of the items at the time of pick-up and do not note any damage or issues on the pick-up paperwork, the item's condition as shown in our online listing(s) will be considered the accurate and definitive baseline. This means that any claims of pre-existing damage not documented at pick-up will not be accepted.
Damage and Loss Policy
In the event of damage to one or more items in a set, the entire set must be purchased at the listed price. We do not accept damage claims, repairs, replacements, or partial refunds for any reason. Insurance claims must cover the full cost of the affected items. These terms are final and cannot be negotiated or transferred to another individual or third party.
Credit Cards
A credit card authorization form must accompany all orders paid by credit card. The credit card authorization form grants Two Enlighten Los Angeles LLC the authority to charge the card for rental fees, late charges, handling fees, and/or charges for loss and damage. Deposits will be placed as a "HOLD" on funds. If rental items are returned on time and without loss or damage, the hold will be released. In the case of lost, damaged, or late returns, Two Enlighten Los Angeles LLC will notify the cardholder and/or set decorator of the applicable fees prior to processing the charges on the card.
